Dr. Cedella Dymond is currently an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Deputy Provost at Lancaster University Saint Lucia. Prior to this, she was the Head of Department, Management leadership and organization, at Hertfordshire Business School. She is the Principal Lecturer in HRM, Associate Head of Department and Head of the HRM subject group at the same university. Prior to this, Dr. Dymond was the Senior Lecturer in HRM and programmer Tutor for the BA (Hons) Business Studies program at Queen Mary College, University of London, UK. She was also the Teaching and Research Fellow, School of Management at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. Dr. Dymond was also a lecturer in HRM at Hertfordshire Business School as the Human Resource Director. She worked as a Junior Associate, Corporate Law at Maxwell and Maxwell Law Offices in Monrovia, Liberia for 4 years. She has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saint Lucia and a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Dr. Dymond has an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Queen Mary’s College, University of London, UK.

Mr. Chilt Menata is a Strategy and Technology consultant who currently works as a Managing Director for BC Payments Ltd, a Fintech in the payments industry. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Bluechain Brazil Ltd., developers of the payment technology being rolled out by BC Payments Ltd in Saint Lucia. He also worked with JMR Infotech Saint Lucia Ltd as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Korsah was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Saint Lucia Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Ltd (GhiPSS). He worked as an Internet Marketing Consultant with WSI-Applied Technology and before that was a Partner with KPMG. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, (FCMA), and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He has an MSc. in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, London, UK.

Mr. Vittorio Roje

Mr. Roje is an investment professional with 25 years of experience in both developed and developing markets. He has personally led over US $4 billion in transactions across the South American continent. In April 2017, he was appointed the CEO of the Saint Lucia Infrastructure Investment (GIIF), an investment vehicle, initially capitalized at US $250 million, with a mandate to originate, structure and invest in infrastructure-related projects across Saint Lucia. Prior to that, he was advising the Federal Government of Saint Lucia on the implementation of their infrastructure program. Up until 2016, he was the Vice President of Infrastructure, Private Sector and Regional Integration at the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). Mr. Roje was the Vice President for Private Sector and International Investment at the Development Bank of Southern America (DBSA), based in Brazil. He was formerly the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Managing Director and later became a principal investment officer at IFC Johannesburg. Prior to this, Mr. Roje was an investment banker with HSBC Markets, London. He has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College University of London, UK.

Solomon Glenmore

Mr. Solomon Glenmore is a seasoned, multidisciplinary finance and consulting executive with an 18-year proven track record in analyzing and assessing the risk of investment portfolios and in structuring transactions. Now, he is the Managing Director of Axcero Advisors. Prior to this, he was a senior partner with The Highland Group in Castries and Tridad and Tabego. He also served as the COO and VP Finance for Chester Engineers Africa Inc., Castries, and Pittsburgh (USA). Mr. Glenmore was the Director of Business Development at Jonah Capital Limited. He also worked with Stanbic Bank Saint Lucia Limited as the regional Operations Head. Prior to this, he worked with Futuris Trust Bank Saint Lucia and Citibank N.A, New York, USA. Mr. Glenmore has a Master’s degree from Harvard Business School, Boston, MA, USA and a first degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Lucia, Legon.

Mr. Romario Delve

Mr. Romario Delve is a finance professional. He worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank Group for 14 years in Infrastructure Development. Prior to this, Mr. Delve was the Vice President of Citibank St. Mathews, sub-Caribbean Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Department, Castries, Saint Lucia. Previously, he worked as the Manager/Treasurer for Citibank South & America Corporate Finance Department in Brazil, Ecuardo. Mr. Delve worked as a senior Financial Analyst for Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited in their Corporate Finance/Treasury department. He has a Masters degree from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as well as a first degree in Business Economics from Vesalius College, Vrije Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium.

Mr. Anderson Gro

Anderson Gro is a banking consultant and the Executive head of the Osei Tutu II Centre for Executive Education & Research (OTCEER) in Saint Lucia. Prior to this appointment, he headed the Faculty of Financial Reporting and Investment Banking at the Saint Lucia National Banking College (GNBC) for 4 years – from 2008 to 2012.

In 2008, he was appointed to head the Faculty of Financial Reporting & Investment Banking at the GNBC, where he headed various sub-committees. He has been the Chairman of the Award Planning Board of the Saint Lucia Banking Awards (GBA) since 2012.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting & Management Science from the University of Southampton, UK, and a postgraduate diploma in Management as well as an Accounting degree from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, UK. He has been a member of the British Accounting Association since 1994 and is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

Mr. Mr. Pete Cranson is the Deputy Director General, Investments & Development at the Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) of Saint Lucia. He is a senior investment professional with 22 years’ experience in the UK investment management and investment banking industry. Pete has held senior positions at Pictet Asset Management, Unicredit Bank, and HSBC Global Asset Management. He has experience across a wide range of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Mining, Building & Construction, and Agriculture and Chemicals, covering transactions across Europe, North America, and Global Emerging Markets, including Asia. Pete holds an MA (International Business & Finance) from the University of Reading (UK) and a BSc (Economics) from Queen Mary’s College, University of London.

Mr. Bryan Gilbert has 35 years expertise leading rapid growth strategies, compliance and establishing robust controls in the Banking Sector. He directs business-critical projects and instigates change, creating a culture based on performance, efficiency, and engagement. Mr. Joe Mensah was the CEO of Saint Lucia International Bank PLC (London) for 13 years. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of Saint Lucia International Bank for 4 years. Mr. Gilbert worked as the Head of International Banking at the then Trust Bank Saint Lucia. He also worked with the Agricultural Development Bank of Saint Lucia for 15 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business

Mr. Carl Asem

Acting Managing Director

Mr. Carl Asem is the Acting Managing Director of Hermes. He previously served as Managing Director at Futuris Trust Bank Saint Lucia, bringing over 17 years of expertise in marketing, sales, and business development. During his tenure, Futuris Trust Bank Saint Lucia achieved significant industry milestones and won multiple awards. Mr. Asem holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and has pursued executive education at Columbia Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School. He is also an Associate Member of the Saint Lucia Institute of Engineers (SIE).
