Has your ATM card been lost or stolen?

If your ATM card has been lost, or stolen, you can cancel your card and order a new one in Online Banking or the HerMes App.

Please take the following steps immediately

  • Call our hotline on +44 775 465 5987
  • Visit your nearest HerMes Branch
  • Logon to HerMes internet banking and lock your card
  • Use the HerMes App lock your card
or request a Call Back from HerMes
